Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Produce trend analysis reports on quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Represent InnovateCorp at Davos, CES, and global futurist forums
- Manage a $2M annual innovation grant portfolio
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech
- Proven track record influencing global tech policy (e.g., IEEE, WEF)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
