Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Analyze megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate resilience) and translate into business opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive modeling and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Global perspective with cross-cultural strategic experience
