Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year predictive roadmaps for emerging tech paradigms (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate-tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Author white papers on societal impacts of 2026-era technologies
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-ready enterprise strategies
- Curate annual 'Horizon 2026' global innovation summit
- Prototype next-gen interfaces using AR/VR and haptic feedback systems
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech frameworks in high-impact industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (e.g., AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, climate-tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping projects
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to C-suite audiences
