Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and strategic recommendations
- Prototype conceptual frameworks for next-gen user experiences and business models
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles for 2026 product launches
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
