Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact future-state roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing verticals
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 readiness and innovation maturity across business units
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate breakthrough startups
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with proven 2026+ impact
- Expertise in technology adoption curves and exponential change methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Published thought leadership on AI governance, ethical tech, or sustainable innovation
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones with remote-first protocols
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-state implementations
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
