Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align global partners on future technology adoption
- Produce actionable whitepapers on emerging trends in quantum computing, climate resilience, and neuro-interfaces
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Coordinate with UN Sustainable Development Goals task force for 2030 alignment
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology policy development
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, R) and scenario planning software
- Published research on 4th Industrial Revolution impacts or climate adaptation strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF/AFS preferred)
- Experience engaging with multilateral technology governance bodies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented
