Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces on ethical AI development and autonomous system governance
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate emerging startup technologies
- Design human-centered frameworks for AR/VR workplace transformation
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Coordinate with international bodies on metaverse standards and digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Published research on quantum applications or neurotechnology integration
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology frameworks
- Portfolio of implemented future-state strategies
- Fluency in at least one major programming language (Python, Rust, etc.)
