- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with market evolution
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proof business models
- Manage cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Identify investment opportunities in emerging tech ecosystems
- Present foresight findings to global stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Proven track record of launching market-first tech solutions
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and EU tech circles
