Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic patterns impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports distributed to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation hubs
- Design and lead immersive foresight simulations for executive leadership teams
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend-analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 8+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of published trend-forecasting with measurable business impact
- Expertise in scenario modeling, system dynamics, and predictive analytics
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
