You'll leverage advanced analytics, foresight methodologies, and cross-industry insights to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for disruptive innovations
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints for future-proofing initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technology trend analysis and forecasting
- Strong background in data-driven scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic foresight implementations
