Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization proficiency
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (required)
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic preferred)
