Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario' workshops with C-suite executives and research institutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for high-impact technologies
- Identify and secure partnerships with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Tel Aviv)
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Design exponential growth models for disruptive startups in our portfolio
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and World Economic Forum events
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Published author in exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals or major publications)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Science
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance or background in national technology policy
