Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technology convergence points (AI-Bio-Quantum)
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports for G7 governments and UN bodies
- Design ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives from Fortune 100
- Author thought leadership pieces in MIT Technology Review and Future Studies Journal
- Manage $2M R&D budget for prototyping 2026-viable technologies
- Mentor PhD candidates in exponential technology ethics programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent domain expertise
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with UN/World Bank/WHO experience
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technology impacts
- Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulations and Bayesian forecasting tools
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global policy ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ successful 5-10 year horizon forecasts
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS) modeling
