Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models for technological and societal trends through 2026
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and scenario-planning documents
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
