- Design innovation roadmaps for clients in AI ethics, climate tech, and biotech
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across organizations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
