- Collaborate with C-suite to design 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and climate resilience goals
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at Davos-level forums
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and synthetic biology pioneers
- Mentor a global team of futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis (e.g., using STEEPLE framework)
- Published research on technological singularity or climate adaptation strategies
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 boards on 2030+ strategic pivots
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or equivalent field
- Fluency in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi method or horizon scanning platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing of enterprise ecosystems
