Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly Foresight Reports synthesifying emerging tech impacts across biotech, AI, and climate sectors
- Architect predictive models forecasting market adoption curves for 2026-era innovations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups aligned with our 2026 thesis
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor a dedicated foresight team in advanced analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-state frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, trend analysis, and scenario planning
