- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and academic symposia
- Maintain a real-time dashboard of emerging signals and trend inflection points
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
