- Pioneer regulatory frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Author white papers cited by WEF and OECD policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (or equivalent)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech impact
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational tech implementations
- Clearance for government-level sensitive projects
