- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future innovation priorities
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 5+ year horizons
- Author thought leadership papers on disruptive technologies and their societal impact
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory factors affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Strong understanding of global sustainability frameworks and ESG principles
