Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (2025-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend briefs for executive audiences
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio performance against future benchmarks
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Maintain the Horizon Intelligence Database with real-time trend signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using frameworks like STEEP or Delphi Method
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
