Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on climate adaptation and urban transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR, haptic)
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 readiness across all business units
- Publish quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage $5M innovation fund for 2026 pilot projects
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent advanced degree
- Published thought leadership on 2020s disruption scenarios
- Experience scaling agile methodologies across Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation principles
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex datasets
