Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track breakthrough developments
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
