Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Monitor global disruptors and recommend strategic pivots
- Represent company at futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of tech trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech evolution
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC preferred)
