You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable strategies that harness exponential technologiesâquantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable ecosystemsâto unlock unprecedented value.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizations navigating rapid technological evolution
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of global futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and climate tech convergence points
- Advise on ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies with societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, renewable energy)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
