- Analyze market data to forecast industry disruptions and opportunities
- Present foresight findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-proof initiatives
- Author thought leadership content on future-of-work implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI proficiency required)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across diverse industries
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate technology trajectories
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
