- Design innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year commercialization horizons
- Establish competitive intelligence protocols monitoring global R&D investments and patent landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety frameworks
