Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for client innovation pipelines aligned with future market demands
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate adaptation
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and long-range forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent professional training
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published future-strategy frameworks
