- Produce executive-ready insights reports and visualizations communicating complex futures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate concepts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to translate abstract futures into actionable business strategies
- Strong communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating past futures projects or published foresight work
