- Collaborate with C-suite to align R&D with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic blueprints to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Mentor futurist apprentices in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Author thought leadership papers for Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published author on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in futures methodologies: Delphi analysis, cross-impact matrices
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling language (Python/R)
- Deep understanding of 2026 UN SDG targets and climate tech trajectories
