Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2030 horizon) and develop strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and disruption vectors
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-vision into R&D roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on paradigm shifts and competitive implications
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of human-machine symbiosis
- Build and manage a global network of futurist and academic collaborators
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors (quantum, bio-AI, climate tech)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
- Strong data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC preferred)
