- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence and disruptor analysis in adjacent industries
- Design innovation frameworks for long-term product development pipelines
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic initiatives
