Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and synthesize actionable insights for 2026+ strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based models to prepare the organization for disruptive technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology implications
- Advise product development teams on long-term technology integration
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or speaking engagements at global tech conferences
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario planning and roadmapping projects
