Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, and carbon-negative systems
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or tech publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
