As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap and investment strategy, ensuring we lead rather than follow technological disruption.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify emerging tech trends with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for AI governance and ethical deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation priorities
- Produce white papers and thought leadership positioning the company as a 2026 tech pioneer
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026 societal challenges (e.g., climate resilience, personalized healthcare)
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 tech adoption landscapes
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academic researchers, and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused innovation projects or thought leadership
