Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic milestones
- Champion emerging domains: quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate adaptation tech
- Interface with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Author white papers and thought leadership frameworks that redefine industry standards
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published thought leader with demonstrable impact on industry blueprints (patents, books, or seminal papers)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, cross-impact matrix) and predictive analytics
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts in tech or policy domains
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ paradigm-shifting projects implemented within the last 5 years
