- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with 5-10 year horizon planning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis for 2020-2025 horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
