Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 5-10 year impact projections
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and societal shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks affecting future innovation landscapes

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech or consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, IoT, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with data-driven decision-making
