Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic vectors affecting tech adoption
- Present strategic briefings to board members and venture partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Published thought leader in emerging tech (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum/AI/AR convergence landscapes
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of future-strategy implementations
