Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Identify and commercialize emerging technologies across quantum, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic computing
- Design innovation blueprints for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Author thought leadership publications that shape industry discourse on next-gen disruption
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and technology pioneers
- Oversee incubation of exponential ventures with $10M+ funding potential
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, tech scouting, or corporate foresight at Fortune 100 level
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
- Published thought leadership on technological convergence or paradigm shifts
- Experience building and leading global futurist research networks
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful innovation roadmaps implemented at scale
