- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout breakthrough startups
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of advanced AI and automation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with future-focused projects
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
