Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future vision and execution priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business value
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong data literacy and trend analysis capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foreship preferred
