- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market demands
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global supply chain resilience and ethical AI governance
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board and C-suite with data-driven impact projections
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups in emerging domains
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports influencing industry policy and investment priorities
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or related field with 10+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 tech environments
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or Strategic Foresight (WFS) preferred
