Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology trend forecasts across 15+ industries
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for board-level strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-of-work implications
- Produce quarterly trend briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Advise on ethical AI and human augmentation policy development
- Manage a $2M innovation incubator portfolio
- Pioneer proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gephi, Tableau, Palisade)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (ACF/FSF preferred)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
