Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend intelligence reports spanning AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Deliver executive briefings on future scenarios and their strategic implications
- Champion a culture of exponential thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Web3, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
