- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable business models
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence domains
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, or sustainable systems)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and social factors shaping 2026+ landscapes
