- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with business objectives
- Produce trend analysis whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks guiding responsible technology deployment
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums shaping 2026 policy and standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology adoption challenges
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
