Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive leadership
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions with 5-10 year horizons
- Represent company vision at industry forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACSP, CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
