Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and trend briefings for C-suite executives
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing and biotech teams
- Present findings at global forums like Davos and World Economic Summits
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the world's largest foresight knowledge base
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or policy development
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing predictive models with 85%+ accuracy
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Harvard Business Review)
- Fluency in at least two major languages beyond English
- Experience advising governments or multinational organizations on long-term strategy
