- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for R&D acceleration
- Mentor internal 'Future Intelligence Unit' in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Represent company at global futurist forums (World Economic Forum, Singularity University)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts with >75% accuracy (3+ year validation period)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruptive innovation preparedness
- Published author or keynote speaker at futurist/tech conferences
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
